convenient location helpful staff breakfast buffet small room size worn furniture weak air conditioning
the location was convenient to transportation hubs. the staff was helpful with directions. the breakfast buffet provided a variety of options. it included pastries and fresh fruit.
the room size felt smaller than expected. furniture looked somewhat worn. the air conditioning was not powerful enough. it struggled to maintain a cool temperature during the day.

Fantastic Stay Close to Transportation
convenient location good restaurant helpful staff wide assortment
The location was very convenient as it was a short walk to the train station. I found several good restaurants and shops in the surrounding area, including the chocolate shop Nino and Friends. The staff members I encountered were friendly and very helpful with directions. Breakfast included a wide assortment of items.
The soundproofing was not great. I heard some noise from a nearby party late one evening.

Breakfast provided a generous selection with slight variations over my three-night stay. The lobby space near the front desk includes a bar area which was decorated nicely for the season. I noticed several guests enjoying the offerings.

The front desk staff provided smooth and efficient check-in service. I liked being able to leave my luggage after checking out, and then I could explore more before my departure. I found the staff to be quite helpful, and they always provided quick service.

easy check-in fantastic location helpful tip missing phone no towel water bottle
Check-in was VERY easy. The location is fantastic because it's near the train station. The staff offered helpful tips and restaurant recommendations. The room was nice and breakfast was fantastic.
There was NO phone in the room. I had to walk to reception for everything. They didn't provide a towel, and I had to ask. There was NO water bottle provided and I had to buy one.

outdated decor worn furniture
my room suppose to be a superior room, but it really didn't look like the pictures i saw. the decor was kind of outdated, it had a red wallpaper that wasn't very appealing. also, some of the furniture looked worn, like the bathroom wasn't in best condition, and this disappointed me. i think they should really update their rooms to match what they show online, i think it will be a great benefit for them.
