The location was very convenient as it was a short walk to the train station. I found several good restaurants and shops in the surrounding area, including the chocolate shop Nino and Friends. The staff members I encountered were friendly and very helpful with directions. Breakfast included a wide assortment of items.
The soundproofing was not great. I heard some noise from a nearby party late one evening.

The room had a comfortable bed and nice décor. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room upon my arrival and throughout my stay. The provided amenities were adequate for a comfortable experience.

Breakfast provided a generous selection with slight variations over my three-night stay. The lobby space near the front desk includes a bar area which was decorated nicely for the season. I noticed several guests enjoying the offerings.

The front desk staff provided smooth and efficient check-in service. I liked being able to leave my luggage after checking out, and then I could explore more before my departure. I found the staff to be quite helpful, and they always provided quick service.

Check-in was VERY easy. The location is fantastic because it's near the train station. The staff offered helpful tips and restaurant recommendations. The room was nice and breakfast was fantastic.
There was NO phone in the room. I had to walk to reception for everything. They didn't provide a towel, and I had to ask. There was NO water bottle provided and I had to buy one.

outdated decorworn furniture
my room suppose to be a superior room, but it really didn't look like the pictures i saw. the decor was kind of outdated, it had a red wallpaper that wasn't very appealing. also, some of the furniture looked worn, like the bathroom wasn't in best condition, and this disappointed me. i think they should really update their rooms to match what they show online, i think it will be a great benefit for them.
